Vault Renamer

I’ve been enjoying use of Obsidian, but found it tedious to manually rename files to lower-kebab case. Google suggested the Vault Renamer community plugin, which does exactly what I’d like:

• automatically rename from pascal-space to lower-kebab
• enable a manual one-time standardization

I only needed a couple changes from the default settings:

• ignore README.md
